Oven Roasted Potatoes




  1. In medium bowl, marinate potato cubes with rosemary, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, pinch of lemon juice, and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, tossing to combine.

  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and roast potatoes on top oven rack for 20 minutes - 30 minutes or until crispy and brown.

  3. Serve with a dip for a snack, with white rice for lunch, or over green salad for dinner.


  • 2 red potatoes, cut into fourths (3/4-inch chunks)

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & olive oil - (optional)
