Dessert Recipe - Gluten Free Cake @plantbased.arabic
This cake has a very rich satisfying taste and can be an easy fix to your sweet craving.
2 cups of your choice of Gluten Free flour (preferably chickpea and rice flour)
1 cup of almond milk
1/3 of cup coconut oil (organic)
1/3 of cup maple syrup or cane sugar
¼ of cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp carob powder
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Start by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the wet ones.
Oil a cake pan with coconut oil then pour the cake mix.
Bake in preheated oven to 350°F for 45 minutes then remove the cake and allow to cool down.
P.S: make sure before removing the cake off of the oven to insert a wooden tooth pick in, if it came out clean it means the cake is ready.
1 cup of cashew milk or any plant-based milk
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/3 of a cup vegan chocolate chips
½ Tsp of Vanilla extract
Mix the ingredient well, then heat it on a water bath until the mix thickened.
Pour it on a cake at room temperature then cool it before serving it.
