Here are three options for different smoothie bowls including ingredients for the blend and the toppings:
Banana and Strawberry Smoothie
2 frozen bananas + 5 strawberries + 1/4 blueberries blended and topped with kiwi slices, coconut shavings, banana slices, strawberry slices and goji berries.
2 frozen bananas + 1/4 cup beet root for the color + five pitted dates blended.. Topped with kiwi slices, flaxseeds, banana slices, strawberry slices, Goji berries and coconut shavings.
